The name of the band, Sixtysixdays, is named for Bobby Sands in honor of his Hunger STrike for political status as a Prisoner of War. Sixtysixdays is comprised of Christopher Shelby, Braden Rauen, Dave LaMothe and Andy McQueen. This quartet provides a blend of traditional Irish music with folk, punk and bluegrass. She's a singer, a composer, an arranger, a performer and a producer. Walking in the footsteps of the women who inspired her, Ceallach likens her talents to those of Enya and Loreena McKennitt. Her Celtic New Age music also tends to lean on World and Classical music as well. Ceallach has released two singles: "She Walks In Beauty," based off of the poem by Lord Byrons, as well as "For We are Many," a song that would be well-suited for a soundtrack for a feature film. With "Canterbury," Ceallach gives us a haunting filmscore. "Last Day is her most recent release. Her talent is amazing. Great things are coming for this Australian singer/composer. Her first full-lenghth album, "Hidden Within" is currently being recorded.
