For just over a year, JD and the Longfellows have been performing gigs across Europe and the South East. In fact, November 2006 marked the release of their first CD, which holds 14 tracks. The album was selected as one of the Top 10 albums of 2006 by Radio Rebel Gael in New York and was just outside the Top 10 according to Shite’n’Onions Radio in Boston. Quite an accomplishment for a new band. With themes such as debauchery and drinking, holiday nightmares, adulterers and philanderers, celebrity look-a-likes, the mile high club, wedding nightmares, unrequited love, and even reality TV shows, this band holds nothing as taboo when they went to create one of the best drinking albums ever. It shows.
