1. No purchase necessary
2. New CD giveaway every month. All subscriers to the Bard Crier newsletter may enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, entrant must complete all the required information on this online form at http://celticmp3s.com/contest/.
3. Only one entry per email address per Bard Crier newsletter. Only one prize per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entries which are mutilated, altered, incomplete, tampered with, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are also void. Multiple entries by the same person will also be void.

The information that you provide in connection with the Contest may be used for internal purposes and to send you the Bard's Crier newsletter and other information about the Brobdingnagian Bards, but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process.
6. Entries and any other submitted material become the property of TheBards.net and will not be acknowledged or returned. TheBards.net and those working for us will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected or damaged e-mail and for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone and other technical errors, malfunctions, and delays. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person to whom an email address is assigned by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All times and dates in these Official Rules are Eastern Standard Time.8. TheBards.net reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel all or any portion of the Contest because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the Sweepstakes in any manner. TheBards.net also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules.

Bards, Officers, directors, representatives, and employees of TheBards.net, its affiliates or subsidiaries or respective advertising, promotion, publicity, production, and judging agencies and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to enter. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state, and local taxes are each winner's sole responsibility. The prizes will be awarded. No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives permitted except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at the our sole discretion. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in our sole discretion. You are not a winner unless your submissions are validated. By entering, each winner accepts all of the conditions, restrictions, requirements, and/or regulations required by the Sponsor and also agrees to accept delivery of prize based upon availability. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, picture, likeness, address (city and state), and biographical information for advertising and publicity purposes for the Brobdingnagian Bards and for this and/or similar promotions, without compensation.
8. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless TheBards.net, the Brobdingnagian Bards and the respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant's participation in the Contest or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. All entrants agree that United States law shall apply exclusively to the Contest and that any dispute with respect to the Contest shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the State of Texas. Contest is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. TheBards.net and the Brobdingnagian Bards reserve the right to discontinue this contest at any time.
9. To obtain a list of prize winners, visit the Winners Page. Winners are contacted within one week of the 1st of the month. Once contacted, winners have 90 days to reply with available mailing address, name and CD choice from the Brobdingnagian Bards' collection. If the winners do not reply in duration. TheBards.net holds the right to make that entry void. No new winner will be selected to replace voided winners.
